OK Seafood Fans here is the first blog that I have ever written. I am hoping this blog will be entertaining, informative, and make you want to eat more of the world’s safest protein, fish. So here goes.
The first product we will bring up is everyone’s favorite, SHRIMP. Ocean Prime Seafoods handles massive, seven to eight prawns per pound, butterflied (vein out) shrimp. In my 35 years of seafood experience, these massive mothers are the BEST I have ever had. They are easy to cook (recipe below and more to follow), have great firm texture and will melt in your mouth.

Seafood Basting and Grilling Recipe
This is a basic recipe that we use on a lot of our products. It works on Chilean Sea Bass, Cod, and in sautéing our Scallops as well as the above Shrimp.
Combine 2 tbls of olive oil with a 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of Italian spices. You can use butter in place of the olive oil if you like. Then just baste the fish whenever you turn it over. If you want to add a bit of zip, sprinkle a bit of cayenne on as you serve the fish. A little goes a long ways.
