These are restaurant quality, unbelievably delicious, and easy to cook CRAB CAKES. People from Maryland love ’em and they know crab cakes! Buy early and often!!!
One of our customers put the crab cakes on a bed of lettuce and added a spicy chipotle sauce. Or, you can use any shrimp or seafood cocktail sauce with the crab cakes, and that is delicious also. We’ve also heard customers use these as part of an amazing Eggs Benedict breakfast. So so good!!
For easy reference, here are the cooking instructions and a list of the ingredients:
CRAB CAKES Suggested Cooking Instructions
These crab cakes are uncooked and should be cooked until heated through to an internal temperature of 160°F.
Broil: Spray pan with oil. Place pan in the middle of the oven, and turn cakes over once during cooking:
• 9 minutes if thawed • 12 minutes if frozen.
Bake: Preheat oven. Spray pan with oil. Place pan in the middle of the oven, and turn cakes over once during cooking:
• 400ºF for 15 minutes if thawed (Our favorite!) • 375ºF for 22 minutes if frozen.
Pan Fry: Cook in 1/8″ to 1/4″ oil in pan. Heat to medium temperature. Turn cakes over once during cooking:
• 5 minutes if thawed • Cooking from frozen not recommended
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 325° – 350°F.
• 3 minutes if thawed • 6 minutes if frozen
Ingredients: Crab meat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, eggs, lemon juice, scallions, sugar, sea salt, seasonings, black pepper. Contains: Crab, soy, wheat and eggs.
